Pick Up From Store

– No minimum order

– Located at 286 Ottawa St N, Hamilton, ON

– We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up, most orders are ready with 3 hours (on days we are open).

– You may pick up your order anytime during regular store hours.

– Available for all decor, lighting, area rugs, art, accent tables, most accent chairs, stools, dining chairs, small dining tables – max size 42″ round or 60″ x 38″.

– Excludes sofas & loveseats, sectional sofas, dining tables larger than 42″ round or 60″ x 38″, buffets, entertainment/media units, and shelving. Or any other item with an individual box weight greater than 100lbs.


Shipping From Our Store To Your Home Or Workplace


*Currently Only Available for addresses in Ontario or Quebec*

– $10, Free on orders $75+

– We can ship any in stock pieces that we can fit in a shipping box.

– We currently do not ship canvas art or furniture. We don’t have suitable packaging to ensure there are no damages to art or furniture. Please select Store Pick Up for these pieces.

– Orders typically ship within 24 hours, on business days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

– Includes tracking & insurance. If you package is lost or stolen please contact use and we will file a claim with the courier.

– We commonly use: Canada Post, Canpar, GLS (Dicom), UPS, Fed Ex, and Purolator. Please contact us if you have a preferred courier. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply.


Shipping Directly From Our Supplier to Your Home Or Work

– Available for most addresses in Canadian (Remote locations subject to exclusion).

– Includes all lighting & area rugs (18 inch samples included).

– Includes most side/end tables, and Canvas wall art.

– May be available for some ready made dining chairs, stools, accent chairs, and coffee table – please contact us to see if your desired piece qualifies

– Excludes all custom furniture, sofas & loveseats, sectional sofas, some accents chairs, dining tables, buffets, entertainment/media units, shelving, custom stools & dining chairs, or any other large/oversized item

– Items typically take 1-2 weeks to prep & pack before shipping out

– Shipping is typically done by Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other similar services.

– Delivery is non-scheduled, and will occur on a weekday

– For direct shipped pieces we will provide a credit of 12% of your order total. In the event that the actual shipping charge exceeds 12% of your purchase price, we will invoice you for the difference. E.g. If you purchase a side table for $1000, and shipping costs $150, we will cover the first $120, and ask you to pay the $30 that is in excess of our 12% limit. We will contact you prior to shipping should this situation arise. If you do not agree to pay the additional charge, you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.


Free Shipping To Our Delivery Partner’s Warehouse

– The Pegg Company is located at 5230 South Service Rd Unit 102, Burlington, ON

– Pick-up is Tuesday to Friday 7-4, and Saturday 7-2. A single staff member will help you load your pieces. This is assistance only, you are expected to help load.

– Available for sofas & loveseats, sectional sofas, dining tables, dining chairs, stools, buffets, entertainment/media units, and shelving. Smaller items may be able to be sent here for a consolidated pick-up, but only if you have large items to pick up too.


White Glove Delivery (In Home Delivery)

– Price varies by item size & city ($95 – $250)

– Eligible Cities: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Woodstock, Brantford, Simcoe, Port Dover, Dunnville, Port Colbourne, Welland, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek. If your city is not on the list, please contact us to find out if in home delivery is available.

– We can typically consolidate orders of various items from different brands into a single delivery, meaning you only pay one delivery fee.

– In home delivery includes unboxing & package removal. It includes set up of pre-assembled furniture such as sofas, or simple assembly of some dining tables. More complex assembly (e.g. extension dining tables) can be added for an additional charge.
