18" rug sample squares are shipped from our store in Hamilton, Ontario.
You can also visit the store to see these 18" samples.

Full size area rugs are shipped directly from our supplier.
Rugs are shipped with FedEx, and typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
We will send tracking when it becomes available, usually about 1-2 weeks after ordereing.
We currently ship to most locations in Canada.

Inventory:
Rugs are shipped directly from our supplier, and our online inventory systems are not connected.
Most rugs are in stock, but occasionally they may be on backorder.
After you place your order, a member of our store staff will confirm that your desired piece is available.
If it is not, you will receive an email with the estimated arrival date.
You can then decide if you would like to wait, reselect, or cancel your order.

Larger Rug Sizes:
We only list rug sizes up to 8' x 11' online.
This is the largest size that can ship with FedEx.
Some rugs are available in 9' x 12'/13', 10' x 14, and 12' x 15'
These rugs need to ship with a special carrier, which varies depending on your location.
