Ways To Save On Custom Furniture
1. Buy A Display Model (Floor Model)
When a style is discontinued, or we simply want to make space for something new, the display model will get marked down. Since we are a small store, without room to hold on to older pieces, the discounts are often quite generous. They typically start at 40% – 50% off, and may go up to 75% off for some furniture. Check out our current display models
2. Buy Multiple Pieces
As a thank you for making a larger purchase, we offer 3 discount levels. These are available every day of the year, so you don’t need to wait for a sale. You can mix and match from different catagories, which means you could buy a sofa and an area rugs, and use the combined total to earn your discount. Discounts can be applied to all regular priced pieces. (Wall art by local artists is excluded, since these pieces are sold on consignemnt, with the artist getting the majority of the proceeds)
Our current Everyday Savings Tiers are:
Spend $2000, Save 10%
Spend $3500, Save 15%
Spend $5000, Save 20%
*Bonus with the $5000 tier, you’ll receive our loyalty discount of 20% off future purchases, for 1 full year.
3. Wait For a Sale
A few times a year we run special sales. Some examples of past sales and possible future sales are:
Spend $2000, Save 20%
Save x% off a specific catagory (e.g. all sofas and sectionals, all dining furniture)
Save x% off all furniture by a specific brand (e.g Van Gogh Designs, Amisco)
Modified tiers for a specific category – e.g Area Rugs Only: Spend $500, Save 10%, Spend $1250, Save 15%, Spend $2000, Save 20%
Note: You won’t typically see a discount over 20%, unless it’s for a display model. We believe in having fair regular prices. We don’t create inflated regular prices, just so we can offer a “50% off sale”, that sounds good.
When’s Your Next Sale?
1. Our next sale will run from Wednesday August 5 to Sunday August 30.
If will be a tiered discount sale on Area Rugs
Spend $595, Save 10%
Spend $1295, Save $15%
Spend $1995, Save 20%
2. After that, we will run a sale from Wednesday September 2 to Sunday September 27
(Details for this sale are still being finalized, and are subject to change)
It will most likely be a sale on all furniture made by Van Gogh Designs, and Statum Designs
These 2 brands specialize in living room furniture, so it will cover all their sectionals, sofas, loveseats, and accent chairs.
The both also make bedroom furniture. Although we don’t display any in store, in can be ordered, and the discount would apply to these pieces as well.
If you order by the end of the sale, you should receive your furniture in time for Chirstmas.
We don’t guarantee this, because delays are always possible; but under normal circumstances, it should arrive in time.
3. The next sale will then run from Wednesday September 30 to Sunday October 25

We are currently planning for this sale to be on all furniture made by Amisco and Verbois
These 2 brands specialize in dining room furniture, so it will cover all their dining chairs, counter stools and bar stools, dining tables, and buffets/sideboards.
Verbois also makes bedroom furniture, which we don’t display. It would also be covered under this sale.
